Brielle grew up on Marco Island and left when she went to attend Florida State University and Jason grew up in Deland and left when he went to attend the University of Florida. After graduating Brielle moved to Tampa and Jason moved to Naples where he worked with Brielle’s brother. It all came together the weekend of Brielle’s 10 year high school reunion at a housewarming party on Marco Island. Previously, Brielle’s parents had met Jason at an event and decided that he would be the perfect one for her.  Her mom, Kathy, tried forever to get them together with no luck, plus Brielle would never date a Gator anyways!  Kathy knew Jason would be at this party and that this was the perfect time for them to meet!  Kathy persuaded Brielle to come down on Friday and go to the party rather than coming down on Saturday and only going to the reunion; Brielle agreed and unbenounced to Brielle and Jason, they were going to finally meet!
They met, exchanged numbers and have been inseparable since, both driving back and forth between Tampa and Naples every weekend for 2 years before Jason decided to make it official!! July 2012 they booked an impromptu trip to Boston and on the last day of the trip Jason popped the question. Â Jason rented a gondola on the Charles River and arranged for a bottle with a poem to be float by them; he grabbed the bottles, read the poem and asked her to marry him!
They got married a year later on June 29, 2013 and houses divided are now united!
