Wayne and Sandy’s story is one of destiny for no other word can describe the improbable set of odds that were overcome to bring them to marriage. They met online by chance on a website Sandy was only going to be on for one month. Wayne noticed a photo of her walking with lions in Africa, Sandy noticed a photo of Wayne dogsledding in Minn. They both realized they had a mutual taste for adventure. The problem was he lived in Kissimmee Fl. and she in Naples Fl. about 3 1/2 hours apart. After many phone conversations they decided to meet halfway in Sarasota. Wouldn’t you know it but they really hit it off. They began seeing each other every other week or so either in Naples or Kissimmee falling more and more in love each time they met. On a lark Wayne put his house on Zillow to see what would happen and with in a week he had a call. Someone wanted his house and was willing to pay him what he paid for it ( unheard of in a foreclosure market). Well he accepted, packed his things and moved in with Sandy.
They spent one day looking for a new house for Wayne but after a trip to Thailand together they quit looking. A year after that fateful meeting in Sarasota Wayne proposed to Sandy and she said “YES”. A one year engagement to plan and on April 18th 2014 they were married on the beautiful Edison/Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers Fl. It was just meant to be.
