Eda and Marc got married two weeks ago at Diamond Head Resort in Fort Myers Beach. It was our second Albanian – American wedding this year and it was fun! Here is how Eda described their love story to us:
“The One Hundred and Thirty Fifth Kentucky Derby, an adventure as friends. We traveled, talked, bet on horses, and got a different view of the lives we led outside of the workplace we’ve met at. After we returned, a different kind of friendship grew from the foundation we had built. Long talks, nights out spent dancing and laughing, even our work relationship grew closer as we formed a close bond. We said to ourselves that we were just friends, and for a while it worked. Eventually though, the natural chemistry drew us closer and one of us surrendered and asked the other out on a real date. We won’t say names, but let’s just say girls play harder to get than men. The “yes” took a little while in coming, but once it did, everything fell into place. A beautiful night walking on a Captiva beach, a great dinner and the same chemistry that had been building for months. We haven’t been apart since, and the friendship we started with has become even better when mixed with love.”
We wish this great couple many years of happiness and prosperity (yes, next time we are going to Vegas together with you guys 🙂 )
